Dr. Sukoya T. Johnson, DSL is a Retired United States Air Force Veteran, accomplished scholar, and passionate educator. She holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership in Business from Liberty University, an MBA from Rutgers University, a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Dynamics from Wilmington University, an Associate of Applied Science in Logistics from the Community College of the Air Force, and a Certificate in Elementary Education from the University of Phoenix. In addition, she received a Certificate in Broadcasting and Producing from the Broadcasting Institute of Baltimore, Maryland.

While serving in the military, she also worked behind the scenes in news media as a Production Assistant at KTAB News in Abilene, Texas, where she contributed to local broadcasts and learned the value of storytelling and clear communication.
